Left 4 Dead's The Sacrifice picks up in Part 2. My thoughts..

Part 1 is overall pretty bland. I think they should have put all the initial set up and connections to the game into some sort of Part 0, and focused more on the current story, and on Louis, maybe flesh him out a little more. Zoey's backstory and the events in Part 2 are worth muddling through 1 though. Interesting stuff going on in there.

I'm not enjoying the art so much though, as it goes from moody and evocative zombie filled noir to ... confused Sunday Morning comic strip..

Still, worth it for the story. I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes.

That was a crazy, wet ride

A major rain storm hit right before I left work, and since I rode my bike, so I didn't have much choice but to get wet.

Pretty exciting tho, was the fact that a large part of my ride was under about 3 feet of water! I wanted to get some pictures, but it was raining, and Apple hasn't released a waterproof phone yet. ;D

Once you got past the "mildly wet" stage to the "fucking drenched" stage, riding in the rain was less of an issue. I still say that a hot shower after a cold ride is one of life's little pleasures.
